I can give a step by step tutorial for anyone interested, although googling it should be enough it is a very easy process. I am not an IT guy, and have no idea how this is happening. EIGHTEEN!!! Still slow compared to what most of ya'll get but this is huge for me. Right now I tested it on Driveclub's 10 GB update, without proxy it says 45 hours. Holy shit my speed is still the same but the ETA of downloads lost a huge chunk, HUGE I mean.

I googled so many fixes then one day cane across an Arab PS4 forum giving a tutorial on using SKFU Pr0xy on PC and I tried it. It takes me 3 hours to download a 100 mb Witcher DLC most times. No joke, VERY slow So downloading is a hassle.
